Quality & packaging

Consistency you can see in every carton.

Our quality system is designed around one goal: what arrives at your port matches what you approved.

Quality control

Grading

Produce is graded by size, weight, colour and maturity against your specification — e.g. onion 40–55 mm, pomegranate count per box, makhana by sutta.

Sorting

Mechanical sizers and trained sorting teams remove damaged, sprouted, discoloured or under-sized pieces. Spices and pulses pass through cleaning and sortex machines.

Cold Chain

Perishables are pre-cooled after harvest and shipped in reefer containers at product-specific temperature and humidity, with data loggers on request.
