1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Return request must be raised within 7 days (India) and 10 days (International orders) from delivery
- Valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized, bulk, or made-to-order export products
- International bulk shipments once cleared through customs
- Used, altered, or damaged products not caused by us
- Clearance or discounted items
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos as proof
- After verification, we will offer:
- Replacement (subject to availability), or
- Partial/full refund
4. International (Offshore) Orders – Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or import charges in their country
- Dulian Exim is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or international logistics
- Returns for international orders are accepted only in genuine defect/damage cases
- Return shipping costs for offshore orders are generally borne by the customer, unless the error is from our side

6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after inspection and approval

- Exchanges depend on product availability
- For international orders, exchange logistics may vary
- If exchange is not possible, refund/store credit will be provided
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Orders already processed/shipped (especially international shipments) cannot be cancelled
9. Shipping & Return Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping:

- International: Usually borne by the customer unless defective product
